You need to download these and extract them to desktop.

ok take your flash drive and configure it to your 360, ( by going to system settings, memory, selecting it and then selecting configure). Next select your HDD (hard drive) go to games, backbreaker, and select custom teams, then select to copy it to your flash drive.
Plug in your flash drive into your computer and click open the Backbreaker Resigning File and Open usbxtafgui_v31, click file, open drive and +Root should pop up click on the plus and then something else will pop up just keep clicking all of the + signs until you get to the end then click on the last one and on the right BBCUST14 should be there delete it, but dont close out the window.
Now open up the NFL File and drag the BBcust14 file that is in there into the place of where the one was you deleted.
now eject it from your computer and plug back into your 360 go to system settings, memory, select your flash drive find backbreaker, custom teams, and then copy it to your hard drive.
Then enjoy the NFL.
Note: if you want to keep your custom teams you"ve already created, you have to save them to your desktop before you delete them, that way you can re install them if you ever want to.
